United StatesFrancesca was wonderful! She went out of her way to meet us at the train and even walked us back to the train and made sure we had the right local train to return to Lucca. She was delightful to talk to and spoke with a great knowledge and understanding of Pisa's Square of Miracles. Her English was very good and easy to underestand. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top notch guide! Ken
