Guide (Fabio L.) that was contracted with did not show. Replacement was sent instead. Tour did not last for the 6.5 hours paid for.

TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: I had an emergency that day, I tried to contact you to let you know that my brother would be replacing me. In regards to the duration of the tour, it lasted 6 hours as per the program printed in the booking confirmation. I am still sorry for any inconvenience. Hope you had enough info on your tour. I feel sorry for this. Ciao Fabio

TOURSBYLOCALS RESPONSE: We've contacted Fabio and addressed the guide replacement procedures in case of emergency. We feel he followed them - attempting to contact the traveler before the tour and then sending a replacement.
