Thanks to our guide Francesco, this was an excellent experience for our family . Visiting the market before the cooking class was very enjoyable for us and our two teenagers. We all immensely enjoyed preparing and cooking Paella with the great chef Willy Moya in his charming restaurant Poncio. Once we cooked all those great dishes we had the best lunch served just for us. This was a wonderful experience we will not forget. A few days after the class, we found our way back to Poncio for a fantastic dinner.
