He is very knowledgable and responsive. However, he could have been better if he had not pushed his "government stores" and "his restaurants" so strongly. The store we were brought to was misrepresenting their products, I asked for a bottle of water for three hours but he never provided it and discouraged me from buying it from a vendor at the pyramids because it was "too expensive". I ended the tour being very thirsty
