The tour William provided for me and my two daughters was competent and comfortable. Circumstances leading up to the actual tour, not so much. People, including moms trying to arrange things late at night, can make mistakes. However, sometimes a simple, follow-up email when a booking discrepancy appears may save everyone involved a whole lot of hassle and additional expense. TBL told me their guides are too busy to double check booking changes even for expensive, day long trips.
TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: Hi Alison. Thank you for feed back I would like this opportunity to clarify the situation. I receive numerous emails and enquiries and try to build the tour around the customer, I accepted your tour , time and date and you proceeded to make the booking. As you know you were not there that morning, I rearranged the following day to accommodate you as I did not want you to lose out completely on your booking. There was a small fee involved which covered me a for a days loss of earnings. Many thanks William
