Friendly, knowledgeable and resourceful, Cassandra shared her deep knowledge of New Orleans on this terrific culinary tour. I loved that Cassandra visited the historic archives to pull in the historical backdrop to the variety of cuisines we tried. We visited 5 or so French Quarter restaurants spanning Cajun, Creole, and Caribbean flavors, and ended with a fantastic bananas Foster made at our table. Cassandra was a helpful resource for music and restaurant suggestions outside of our time together.
