We enjoyed this cooking class, and would do it again! Chizuko was very nice and supportive, and answered a myriad of questions from cuisine to culture. Everyone got a chance to participate in the food prep, and it was, for our group, appropriately a beginner's class. She provided recipes for everyone to take home. It seemed there could be a little less clutter around the cooking area; but it was of interest to see a house that was authetically lived in and not artificiallly set up for a class. Thanks!
