For this we didnt have Fernando. Something came up for him so he kindly sent Alexandra. She was a lovely girl.we didnt get to take full advantage of this tour as there was a long delay in getting started not her fault but fernandos. So she done her best. She certainly had very good English and unfortuneatley she was unable to speak up in the friari church, so some of our group couldnt hear her.
TOURSBYLOCALS RESPONSE: We contacted the guide and he acknowledges his mistake that resulted in the delay at the beginning of the tour. According to the guide the customer was advised and agreed with the substitute before the tour. As a way of trying to make things right after the initial mishap, Fernando decided to pay for this groups' headphones and entrance fees to San Marco church.
