Agata was organized, prompt, and personable. She was able to accommodate my large group with ease. Despite the rain, everyone had a great time. The restaurant was very good -- ambiance and entertainment enjoyable.

I highly recommend Agata for the Auschwitz-Birkenau tour. While it was necessary for us to join with a larger group and different guide in Auschwitz 1, Agata personally accompanied us through Birkenau, which added valuable perspective. Her knowledge is detailed and thorough, and she offered insights which would not have occurred to us. Agata's organization and communication of tour logistics and pickup details was outstanding. She also booked a nice restaurant for us for a late lunch after the tour.
Outstanding Tour with Agata. Highly reccomend booking with Her. Exceptional Service!

What a brilliant tour! Agata was; friendly, knowledgeable and receptive to my needs. I came away feeling like I had really experienced a small slice of Krakow. I got to see the main areas I was interested in and went to places that only the locals go to. I can wholeheartedly recommend this tour to anyone!!
Agata was a super guide for us making arrangements for the day! We started with an early pick up from our hotel and off to the Salt Mines. Agata even had coffee for us while we waited to enter the mines. After a two hour tour Agata drove us over to Auschwitz and Birkenau. Her history of knowledge is amazing and answered all our questions. We shared the day and found it very educational and enjoyable in her company. Would highly recommend her should you be looking for a caring and understanding tour guide!

Agata was extremely friendly. From the very beginning of the tour I could tell that I would enjoy Agata's company. Agata went out of her way to talk about Poland and Krakow in particular as we were driving to the Salt Mine. Agata has an amazing past and we enjoyed pleasant conversation all day. When we arrived at the Salt Mine Agata made sure I got to the right line at the right time and when the tour was over she was ready and waiting for me. I am grateful to Agata for a wonderful day!

Agata was excellent - very knowledgeable and really helped to contextualise the various ruins and buildings we were seeing. Prompt, friendly and even offered to assist us with further holiday planning / restaurant bookings. It was our first time using ToursByLocals and will definitely use again. Thank you!
Agata was very helpfull with our tour to Auschwitz. The museum itself was done by a local guide overthere, was very informative. Agata showed us the size of Birkenau in her car and in the heat (36 C) we walked over the premises. Agata got the car for us, sow e didn't have to walk that far anymore. She told us a lot about live in Poland and the music. Because of her we went to a Chopin concert. Nice and well done Agata! Marjan Buijtenhuijs

Agata was very friendly, warm, inviting, and a terrific guide on my tour of Auschwitz-Birkenhau. She was very flexible and accommodating with how I was feeling toward increasing/decreasing the length of the tour due to the emotional energy a tour like this takes. She is very knowledgeable, intelligent, and well spoken. I highly recommend her to any traveler. You'll be in good hands! Five stars!!!!!

We did the Old Krakow walking tour with Agata and she was so good we booked to go to the Salt Mines with her. She was brilliant on this trip too -full of interesting facts and anecdotes. She organised booking ahead to beat the queues and picked us up from our hotel in plenty of time. Agata is adaptable if you want to do something different and really tailors her tours to her individual clients. She is worth her weight in gold!

Agata took us on the walking tour of Krakow and was fabulous. She has an incredible knowledge of her city with a sense of humour and passion for what she does. We learned a phenomenal amount of history in an enjoyable, not dry and patronising way.She also took us via the best places to try street food, donuts and Polish delicacies. We really cannot recommend Agata and this tour highly enough if you want to experience Krakow

Agata, I loved the tour. Krakow is a beautiful place. Thanks for getting me into the underground bar! I enjoyed learning about the history of Krakow and the sites we visited. Small things like visiting the university and several of the churches really made a huge difference in my enjoyment. I loved Kazimierz and the Jewish section. Great time overall. Thanks!
Agata is an amazing tour guide, fun, punctual and very knowledgeable ! I decided to come on this tour in particular since it was the first time in Poland and this was on my must see list. No other tour was available due to it being very last minute but Agata got the entire day organized and was a delight to talk to and spend the day with. Would 1000% use TourbyLocals again based on this experience.
Agata was simply fabulous! So punctual and even got us some water and snacks for the day. Such a nice touch. Agata is a wealth of knowledge and we had a really wonderful day with her. Auschwitz-Birkenau is a harrowing experience however, it's a must see when visiting Krakow. Thank you Agata for making our day and experience a comfortable one, and the care you extended to us will not be forgotten and we're so grateful.

We thoroughly enjoyed Agata!!! She was so pleasant and accommodating.....not only was she informative on our trip to and from the Salt Mines, but she helped us navigate our New Years Eve restaurant reservation and found us a place to eat Polish sausages and then dropped us at the spot after our tour! She was awesome!
