Tour: #412312, Walking excursion in the amazing Caminito del Rey, Seville, Andalucia, Spain    view tour
Date: Oct 3/18

A great way to walk the Caminito del Rey at short notice. Ramon Manuel picked us up from our hotel, drove us in his comfortable van, organized entry tickets and walked with us, giving us lots of interesting information both on the walk and during the drive. He even gave us tips for dinner and later sent us footage he took on His GoPro!

Date: Sep 4/18

This was our first disappointing tour from "tours by locals". Manuel showed up 1 1/2 hr late after changing the meeting place. He was not proactive like all our other guides in providing an exact spot to meet him and no sign or what he would be wearing. My phone was not working correctly so calls were out and texting spotty. It was a terrible beginning. His English was very hard for us to understand. He spent an excessive amount of time checking his phone.

TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: I apologize that you had such a disappointing experience at the start of my tour. As I told you an incident happened in the harbour. I'll try to foresee this problem to avoid this issue again. I am sorry if it seems I was on my phone too much during the tour, I was using it to make sure that our tour was running smoothly after starting late. I'll make sure that I do this better in the future as well as checking that I am being understood properly. I hope that I have an opportunity to see you again

Tour: #412447, Day trip to Ronda and Granada from Seville, Seville, Andalucia, Spain    view tour
Date: Jul 14/18

It was our first time visiting Spain, and we could not have asked for a better guide than Ramon. Even though we booked a 12 hour tour he spent the extra time with us and gave us a 15 hour tour. He was very informative and knowledgeable about all sites, making sure we understood all the history. His car was also very comfortable, and overall he was very friendly and very cooperative. We loved every second of our tour with Ramon and are glad he was our guide for our first visit to Granada and Ronda!

Tour: This is Seville! Half-day private tour, Seville, Andalucia, Spain
Date: Jun 1/18

Ramon was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of in depth information. We were impressed with his knowledge of history and also of current events. He took his time and probably exceeded the time that was expected. We did, however, have a few hiccups with the schedule, originally set up for a national holiday, and then switched to the following day with uneven communication. Also, given the high cost of the tour, we were surprised to have been charged extra 40E for fees--seemed excessive all told.

Manuel Ramon is an excellent tour guide. He is friendly, accommodating, and flexible to create a trip that fits your interests. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip with him and saw and learned things that we would not have experienced on our own. We highly recommend Manuel Ramón!

What a great tour !! Ronda is so magical and our tour guide Manuel Ramon made it extra special. He is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and very dynamic. He gives you options for the tour which makes it very personable. He made reservations in a great restaurant with breathtaking views of Ronda. We also visited a Zahara de la Sierra which is beautiful town where we visited a family owned Olive oil factory. In summary, it was a great experience which I recommend highly. Manuel Ramon is the best!
