Wow! Trueanda, or True as she prefers to be called, is a terrific guide for the Bahamas. She's articulate, well educated, smart, thoughtful and personable. She exceeded our expectations. The tour included a mix of historical sites, cultural perspective, fun stops and some food! Her route made good use of our time and we came away with a better understanding of the history and realities of the region. We couldn't be more pleased.

True was very knowledgeable, friendly and flexible. We had a large group and she accommodated everyone. She told us so much about the history and culture of the Bahamas, showed us many sites and added sites based on our specific questions. We would highly recommend her tours to others!
TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: Thank you Linda. It was my pleasure showing you around my island and sharing with you.

Trueranda is a national treasure for the Bahamas. She knows how to kayak, where to take you, how to gear the tour to your level of kayaking (beginner in this case), and is a true conservationist! And she can teach you to cook a mean conch fritter. To make it easier on you, she and her assistant have the kayaks on the mangrove marsh for you. The only reservation I have is that for those who are concerned about transport, she could use a car in better overall condition, but it worked fine!
TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: Hi Lou, I had a wonderful time with you both. Thanks for venturing off the beaten path with me; I can't wait to see a picture update from the fritters you will make at home. Cheers! True
