Rafael's tour was great. We were on the Azamara Quest with 12 hours in port. Rafael's tour was much cheaper than the cruise tour, covered more ground and we only were a party of six, versus a bus load. Rafael also was very open about the local politics, history and economy. Post tour Rafael was also very helpful in recommending places to watch the sunset and having dinner in town, off the ship.
