Brian was great. We enjoyed the side trip to the scenic overview of the harbor, the beach, the sheep being herded to a new paddock and the women loved the stops at the yarn shops. Excellent tour.

Brian was very flexible meeting the interests and desires of our fairly large group of 8 people. He took us to some "off the beaten track" stops that most of thr other tours don't go to. His ability to make Chrisrchurch interesting was somewhat limited due to the devastation from the earthquakes, but he even made that interesting by describing many of the efforts related to the recovery efforts. In addition, my wife still talks about the small "local' lunch spot where we stopped and had a wonderful meal.

Brian did an outstanding job on our tour from Akaroa to Christchurch and surroundings. We had a group from a cruise ship anchored at Akaroa His vehicle for 10 people was comfortable. He was tuned into our interests and modified the tour to suit including visiting some places that he does not normally take tour groups. We picked up some sandwiches (our choice) for lunch and ate them at the beach. Brian was very informative and his geology background and very enlightening. Everyone loved the tour.

great tour with a very personalized feeling. Brian was attentive to all our needs, conducted his tour providing the necessary information with a thorough understanding of all that occurred in Christchurch, and showed us areas between Akaroa and Christchurch that we all enjoyed.
TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: Thanks Shirley for you comments. I enjoyed sharing the day with you and your friends. We were so lucky to be able to pick fresh cherries off the trees in my backyard, that doesn't happen very often, as they go out of season very quickly.
