Despite adverse weather, Janna collected us, moved us by cab and led us through the Camp with great direction and insights. It was an impactful tour thanks to her. She is a 5 star guide!

Janna conducted a fantastic tour for us! She was well organized, very pleasant and easy to talk with, and her English was excellent. Her thoughtful description of the situation faced by camp inmates allowed us to understand, perhaps as well as one can without actually having been there, what their existence was like. Although visiting a concentration camp is a very sobering experience, we had a great time getting to know Janna and gaining an understanding of some of Germany's history.

TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: The Memorial Sachsenhausen, former Concentration Camp, leads us straight to Germany's darkest past, and it is the most difficult part of my work as Berlin guide. I am very thankful about your comment, and it was nice to meet you two, father and daughter, in Berlin.

Thank You Janna! I did not know that I could have such an amazing experience. Berlin is a beautiful city, and so much to see. I could not have dreamed up a way to see it better than you did. Truly a lifetime experience for me, and could not have been possible without you. I hope that one day I will visit again, and that you and I will be able to explore even more of your wonderful City. Thank you Janna, Thank you.

TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: Bill and I dug deep into the most miserable German past, being in the concentratin camp and also in Berlin concentrating on "the worst".
