Many aspects of London's history is linked to Greenwich. Also a lot of natural beauty and space there enhanced by the weather on the day. Trip back on Thames Clipper gives a great sense of place. General knowledge of guide was excellent.
TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: Thanks for your feedback Carmel. As you spotted, green Greenwich does feel very different to busy central London. And I'm glad you took the boat, it's a great way to see another side of the city. Lovely to meet you both.

We did a tour with Simon and we were thoroughly pleased with the experience. My wife and I were traveling with our two teenage grandchildren who were on their first trip outside the USA. Simon was very engaging and did a great job of providing a wealth of historical background as we made our way around Greenwich. My wife and I lived in London for three years some time ago and we too learned a lot from Simon's tour. We would highly recommend him to any friends that might be traveling to London

Our tour with Simon was extremely informative. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job showing Greenwich's historical, commercial and architectural perspectives. He also gave us some helpful tips on some other places we may want to see in London, and recommended some very good pubs. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a tour guide.
