This tour was absolutely superb and Richard was incredible. He met us at exactly the right time and gave us a complete tour from the lead up the WWll (the reasons Germany was in dire straights after WWL and then brought us up to date to WWLland Canada's involvement. His stories and history were personal and set the mood for the views of Juno and the surrounding beaches. The Canadian museum at Juno was incredible...we could have spent more time there. Richard brought our Canadaian history to life.
TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: It has been a pleasure to guide Beverly and her group on the beaches, as all where very interested in WWII history. It's always very interesting for me to guide Canadians on the D-Day sites, as I do live in a town, just behind Juno Beach, which has been liberated by the Winnipeg rifles on June 6th around 3 pm.I did really enjoy guiding that day and it reinforced my passion of guiding on the D-Day beaches.

Richard is a great guide! He made D-Day come alive. We saw and expereinced things with him that made the day special. I would highly recommend Richard as a guide.
TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: Hello Robert, it was a real pleasure to guide Canadian visitors so much interested in WWII history. Especially as I live in a town liberated by the Canadian forces on D-Day it's always an honor to guide our liberator trough the D-Day beaches.
Richard went above and beyond for us. He did so much research about the Canadian D Day beaches plus many memorials we didn't know existed. He was very thorough and certainly made our day truly poignant. He was on time picking us up and devoted more time to out tour than we had expected. Merci Richard!
