Very personable, but poorly prepared. Despite repeated requests, the car he provided was too small for our needs. He hadn't made restaurant reservations in advance; and he didn't pay attention to the kinds of activities that we wanted to engage in.
TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: Dear Steve I’m sorry to hear about your unsatisfied experience. I aim to please my customers and even beyond that. Note that you didn't share with me you're walking limitations in order to adapt the tour for your comfort, then allowed you to join a couple at the same price, went to change the car early in the morning, changed itinerary and you got a partial refund. I am frustrated about the low rating but I am accepting my responsibility and we learn from our mistakes. Wish you health and Joy, Michel.
