Elina -pleasant, very knowledgeable on Russian history,very accommodating and email responsive. Only improvement is in some organizational skills for the following: * She had us email copies of all student IDs for museum discounts. Half the students did not bring their IDs with them thinking the copies had been sufficient. We were taken aback when she asked for them on the tour so some did not get discounts. * She forgot a headset and also misplaced her ticket to the gardens after we'd all gone through.
TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: In any museums you are required to have student IDs to get a discount, not copies. I should have told you that and been more clear. I apologise again that I forgot a headset in the bus which you didn't use in all the other museums where we had it as one member of you group didn't speak English
