Date: Jul 2/17

Tarek was waiting for us when we arrived in the hotel reception area as agreed. We were early and he was already there. The trip was a bespoke trip that I had asked Tarek to arrange. I have arthritis and need to constantly rest my knee which I had explained beforehand. Nothing was too much trouble for Tarek and you can see that he's very experienced in how he organises himself. I contacted several guides and companies and I know that with Tarek we made the right choice. We will use him again.

TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: I'm so happy to learn that Mr.Simon Taylor -Watson and his wife enjoyed their trip to the Whale Valley. When I met Mr. Watson I found out that he had been living in Egypt for about thirteen years. I was really intetested to learn how an English gentleman views my country, its culture, traditions and the political situation. I have to say that Mr. Watson has a full understanding of how things work here in Egypt. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversations. The tour was really good fun.

Wow! Every aspect of the Whale Valley tour was fascinating and fun. Thanks to Tarek and Met, we saw amazing sites, gained invaluable knowledge, and had incredible fun. The Whale Valley world heritage site is a must-see for every visitor. The site includes a very well designed visitor experience, and ample opportunities to walk among glorious outdoor fossil displays and wind-formed rock outcrops. The time and money spent on this tour are very well spent indeed.

TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: Thank you, Kevin and Carol for having made the effort to review and rate the tour. I wholeheartedly agree with you; The Whale Valley (Wadi Al-Hitan) is a must-see site. It's not a coincidence the UNESCO has designated it a world heritage site. No other place in the world yields the number, concentration and quality of such whale fossils, let alone their accessibility and setting in an attractive and protected landscape. I strongly advise all visitors to Egypt to see the Whale Valley. It's value for money.
