There was 8 of us that took the tour with Meri she was wonderful very charming, personable and accommodating. As we drove into the rainforest Meri was very knowledgeable with information. Our day was rainy day but we all made the most of it. She took us to various local places. Depaz rum distillery, local sandwich shop and a black sand beach. Thank you Meri for making this a memorable day! We all enjoyed your company.

We had planned for Meri to take us to Mt. Pelee to hike the volcano, but due to dense fog/clouds and rain on the mountain we decided to do something else. Meri did a great job of coming up with alternative options on the fly so that we could plan out a fun day that met our specific likes and budget. She took us to many places away from the regular tourist crowds and gave us a great taste of the beauty of Martinique. Meri is very friendly, easy to talk to, and a good honest person. Highly recommend!

This was an awesome day trip - a little long for the kids towards the mid afternoon, but well worth it!! Our guide knew all the best spots to hit! Terrific day!

This is the tour you MUST take if you have more than just a few hours in Martinique. Meri is a most congenial guide who will tailor the tour to your interests. We stopped at the Jardin de Balata botanical gardens (lovely and peaceful) where we enjoyed a delicious Creole lunch. (Don't miss out on accras, cod fritters.) We then drove to Mt. Pelée, site of the 20th century's most deadly volcanic eruption, and St. Pierre, the town wiped out by it. Take this to see more than you can just from the cruise ship.
