We were very fortunate that the weather allowed a good view of Mt. Fuji, although in the summer months the iconic snow cap is missing! Visited the Maglev Exhibition Centre to experience/view 500km/hr test runs of the world record breaking high speed train, blink and you have missed it! Sachiko san recomended the Itchiku Kubota Art Museum which is an architectural masterpiece in itself and the displays of tie dyed silk and glass beads were delightful. Musuem shop with beautiful gifts. A full & varied day.

We had an excellent trip to Mt. Fuji and Hakone! It was a beautiful day and everything ran very smoothly. Sachiko was very informative and helpful. She made sure we had a perfect day! Her driver was very good too. The 4 of us had plenty of space in the van taxi.

Sachiko is a kind and thoughtful guide. She brought snacks knowing the day would be long and water too. However, she was on her cell phone frequently and this didn't help with knowing that various planned activities were closed. It was an expensive tour but I didn't get to experience it the way it was described.
TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: I was able to visit the places I showed on the itinerary. I explained everythig to you. I feel sorry that your co-worker was not able to join the tour. It became very expensive because you were the only one guest. And also, we had terrible traffic jam on that date around Owakudani Valley as you know, so we had change our schedule. It was necessary for me to use my phone to check everything in order to complete your tour.

Sachiko arrived on time with a private driver and Mercedes Van. The van was comfortable and we were dropped off at the entrances to the various activities. We ate lunch at a very nice local restaurant which offered finely prepared authentic Japanese lunches. Mt. Fuji was spectacular and the weather was perfect. We definitely recommend her.
Sachiko is amazing! She spent a lot of time with me prior to the trip and she is always on time and have a lot of patience. Her knowledge of the country was far superior to anything we experienced in our travels. We have a lot of laughs too! Definitely recommended.
She is a very helpful tour guide. English speaking. She brought us to the beautiful places & have great lunch with cheap price

We highly recommend Sachiko who was our guide to Mt. Fuji and Tokyo. We had a great time talking with her about the history and importance of sites on our tours, as well as many other places we had visited in Japan. She deftly handled our last minute requests and went above and beyond in trying to help us find a bear pillow for our daughter (even calling the manufacturer!), and making reservations for us at an owl café. Sachiko was always upbeat and personable, making our two days together a pleasure.

The guide was excellent. The tour itself was great. The only constraints was, it happened on a holiday so the traffic was bad, lost a lot of time on the road and unable to complete the tour as schedule.
