Noura was a gracious and knowledgeable guide who shared with us some of the cuisine that makes Marrakesh special. We had a local dish, tangia, as well as steamed lamb from a local shop. She provided a history of the food and tips for cooking. Our second stop was some of the best couscous we had in our entire lives at a neighborhood restaurant where we also celebrated our wedding anniversary with a special pastry. We'll carry the knowledge she shared with us as a highlight of our trip.
