Our second day with Francine and every bit as good as the first walking tour day. The weather cooperated and we got some sun for the Montmorency Falls and the Ile D' Orleans. Ile D' Orleans is all agricultural and the FALL COLORS were absolutely splendid! Both the drive around the island, and the stops at the apple farm/shop and the chocolate shop were great. Some of the best hot chocolate I have ever had. They had chocolate dipped cones with 4 chocolate choices. My wife loved hers.

Excellent tour, Francine our guide was very knowledgeable and took us to places you wouldn't see on a tour bus. We were met at the cruise terminal and dropped off where we wanted so we could continue viewing her recommendations in old town Quebec

Francine was a delight to have as a guide. Always concerned with the itinerary and that we were comfortable and able to see/visit the sites. Her knowledge of the area and history of many of the sites was most informative. Montmorency Falls is spectaculare and the trip to the Isle was very interesting and informative. Do not miss the visits to the cider and chocolate shops - you will really enjoy the stops. Definately the way to travel if you are interested in the area outside of Quebec City.
TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: Thank you very much for your nice comments and come back again Francine

Francine was exceptional! She was personable, knowledgeable, entertaining and so much fun. She (along with Driver Ronald) made the tour the highlight of our trip to Quebec. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Francine and we look forward to returning for another tour with her in the future. The best!

This was the best tour I have ever been on, anywhere. My family members were also greatly impressed with the tour. The tour guide was knowledgeable, personable and accommodating. The tour the guide designed was a wonderful experience. Great stops, great treats for sale. (Homemade ice cream, candy, cider, maple syrup. Yummmm.) Beautiful scenery. A well timed and comfortable trip. From now on I will ALWAYS check tours by locals before I book anything else. Thank you Francine for a delightful day

We had set up tour of the Wendake Native American village for our 1st half day in Québec city Québec. When our boat pulled in to the harbor they transported us to our hotel. The people in the hotel got in touch with our guide, Francine. True to her word she arrived at 1 PM on the dot. She turned out to be quite good at her job and very personable as far as my wife and I were concerned. It was a long taxi ride up to the village and she explained things as we went so that we would understand what was to hap

Of course, it didn't hurt that we had a sunny, clear, crisp October morning to enjoy the spectacular Fall foliage at spectacular Montmorency Falls and on picturesque Isle d'Orleans! But Francine simply made our day one to remember -- she was a superb guide: charming, informative, interesting (and interested!). Our pace was perfect -- we never felt hurried or "herded!" SO much more enjoyable than a guided tour on a bus!
