Ah!Roland again. More adventures in Spanish culinary delights. Our Tapa tour began with Iberian ham, luscious Spanish tomatoes, cheese, olives, bread. Second bar, amazing tuna loin drizzled with olive oil and tomatoes, octopus, prawns and more fresh bread and olives. And last, baby eel (gulas) in garlic butter sauce, fried egg plant with sugar cane syrup. He also was patient in letting the wives do some shopping between Tapa bars.....Way to go Roland!
