What a wonderful day we had with Alessandro. His knowledge of the region, and it's food is impeccable. We especially enjoyed the tour of the cheese factory with cheese taking, and the tour and tasting of the olive oil factory. Alessandro increased our understanding and appreciation immensely. He was very considerate to deliver us to our next accommodation and attentive that we were safely there before he left us.

TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: Dear Ruby, thanks for you feedback and nice rating. I'm glad you enjoied the tour and my services. I hope to meet you again in Puglia or ... in Australia.

Our first day with Alessandro was delightful. After touring a museum in Martina Franca, we witnessing cheese-making and enjoyed a tasting, then on to Noci where we were treated to a wine tasting with Elvie from Amano Vineyards. Next on to visit the jovial & creative panini chef Mr. Marino. Dusk found us in the amazing Alberobello, all lighted for Christmas. This day was quite an introduction to Puglia. We were very happy to have Alessandro's expertise to help us discover people and places and history.

TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: Dear Ron and Wilda, I agree with you: this tour is really delightful: the right mix of art, history, culture and culinary experiences.

This tour was the second we had with Alessandro. He had left such a good impression on the first tour (a day before). He took us to the best views always explaining history and local custom. We saw the trulli at Alberobello and at Noci he took to the best paninoteca in Italy where Marino stuffs layers of tasty ingredients inside his panini and though the taste is heavenly the ingredients are balanced with healthy veggies. We highly recommend Alessandro.

TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: Me too, I really like this tour: it's a nice mix of culture, history and unique food experiences. I've spent such a nice days with you.

Alessandro provided an informative, yet leisurely tour that catered to a varied audience (children, teenagers, adults, and seniors). He showed us the beautiful baroque palaces and churches of Martina Franca, guided us through the charming city center and shared tidbits of history and anecdotes that gave us a deeper understanding of the area. We also visited a delicatessen where we were able to watch the cheesemaking process taste several local specialties—everything was delicious! A very worthwhile tour!

TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: I'm glad you ejnoied the tour and the food. I wait for you for another tasty and artistic itinerary.

Allessandro was a great guide. His English skills we great, we had no trouble understanding of communicating. His knowledge of both the history and culture of this area were fantastic. He was able to explain many cultural things that we did not understand. He showed us a number of food traditions of the area. He took us to some out of the way places that we never would have found. He was a pleasant person to spend the day with. Money well spent.

TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: Dear Matt, it has been a pleasure to spend a couple of days with such a nice couple like yours. I hope to meet you in the next future.

Alessandro is the perfect guide. He is on time, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, has great command of the English language. In addition to going to going to all the places as stated in the write-up, he taught us how to correctly taste olive oil, took us to a person who specializes in the craft of making unique paninis with local ingredients, who has been written up and won many awards. He also had us go into a house of a local who grew up in a trulli house. Perfect tour!!!

TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: I was pretty sure you liked those people (Marino, Maria, Tommaso) who makes Puglia such a welcoming and authentic region: you're such a nice people. We have spent such a wonderfull days together. A big hug from Puglia.

Alessandro's tour was great. Everything from his promptness to his flexibility to his comprehensive knowledge to his pleasant demeanor made this a jam-packed interesting and fun day touring Locorotondo, Martina Franca and Alberobello. He even organized visits to both a wine tasting and a olive oil tasting which were a great highlight to our day. After it was over, he followed up with references and suggestions for the rest of our stay in Puglia. Good job!

Alessandro was an enthusiastic and engaging tour guide who had a considerable local knowledge of the area. He was always punctual and provided us with a lot more information than we would have had just by using a guide book. When my husband sprained his ankle, Alessandro immediately took us to an orthopaedic centre where we were able to obtain what was needed. Subsequently, Alessandro adjusted the remaining of the tour accordingly. Thank you, Alessandro.

TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: Dear Joyce and Bryan, I'm glad you enjoied the tour. It's a shame Bryan sprained his ankle at the hotel. I hope he's recovering. Me too I spent such a nice days with you.
