Massimo coordinated a lovely day outside the hustle bustle of Florence. The highlight of the day was our cooking class in a lovely farmhouse outside of Greve. Simonetta and Kalinka provided a fun and entertaining cooking lesson of typical Tuscan foods, including an antipasto, two types of pasta that we made by scratch and a decadent easy dessert. We followed our cooking class with trip to town & wine, olive oil and balsamic vinegar tasting. Massimo was kind and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!
