We liked Yumi but felt she could have done better. She rushed us at the morning shopping at the temple then was looking for ways to fill in extra time later that day so the pacing could have been better. She failed to take into consideration my request that we eat lunch at a place that took credit cards. I mentioned that to her 3 times and as we drove up to the restaurant she assured me it did. It did not. Then I had informed her we do not eat seafood or drink liquor yet the dinner she preordered had both
TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: Thank you for choosing me as your guide to organize a long day tour packed with many projects.You requested many things and changed some of programs again and again so this was difficult to adapt to, but I did my best.In addition, If I knew your situation in advance,I would have more caution and adapted.Japan is not friendly country to credit card users,it was my memory error that the sushi train we had lunch, supposed to charge the credit cards. However we decided on site on the day to go there.
