There were people in our group that were hard of hearing and he would not speak up where we could hear him. We asked him 3 times and he still would not do it. We asked him to go to a Doyle's corner so we could get a name of that establishment on a glass and he would not do it. We would ask questions and he either danced around the answer or told us he would tell us later. Overall the experience could have been better,
TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: Hi Kay, TKs for the feedback, as you are aware the PA system on the vehicle was turned up to the optimum level. Any higher it appeared that I was shouting at you folks. I am glad to hear that it was only the folks who were hard of hearing that had a problem. This is something I have no control over. You are correct, I did delay answering a number of questions until we were in areas were the answers would be relevant. Visiting a pub, was not on the itinerary. You wanted to return to return to your ship.
