Terrific guide. There were 4 of us and two of us had mobility issues. Jessica took it all in stride, even bringing her own car to avoid public transportation. She knew ALL about Stockholm and in the market would point out each product or fish and tell us about it and how it was usually prepared. Perfect English (better than mine, probably). She was great. Highly recommend this tour.
TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: Many thanks Bill for your comment. It was a pleasure having you here in Stockholm. Here is the recipe for your wife: Salmon (approx. 1 kg), remove any bones and freeze. 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup salt 1 tsp crushed white pepper Dill and one lemon Defrost the salmon. Cover it all over with the salt, sugar and pepper mixture. Add the dill – plenty of it and grate the rind of 1 lemon. Leave in plastic bag in fridge weighted (turning it round occasionally) 2-3 days. Clean and slice thinly. Good luck! Jessica
