Toshi is terrific - you could tell that he had great love and pride for his country. He spoke very good English - no problems. He constantly looked back to be sure we weren't lost. ;-) We asked about something that was not offered on the trip, and not only did he take us there, he took us around the place, then brought us back to the rail station afterwards. With past experience (not Tours by Locals), guides usually just give brief directions then say 'Bye-Bye", so I was happily surprised. Thanks!!
