We had a great day with Francisco. The Cava tour and lunch at Sitges were a great treat - in spite of the rain. We discovered that it is not true that the "rain in Spain stays mainly on the plain." . Unfortunately, we were unable to experience Montserrat due to the road being closed due to the weather. Francisco was eager to provide us a great tour experience, and we can't wait to see the photos he took!
TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: Hi Kimberly, husband and friends. The Penedes region it really is a jewel, the feel of the mediterranean sea, the inland with all the vinyards and cellars to end up to 900 meter high from the sea level, the mayestic mountain of Montserrat. Once a year rain not only on the plain but everywhere and hard. Pity the police cut the road to reach the monastery of Montserrat but always is for our own security.
