Frank is very friendly and his English is excellent. He was 30 minutes late to meet us at the cruise port, so that wasn't a good start, but he is flexible about the tour, even as you go along on tour day.
TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: Dear Rosemary, Sorry for delay pick up. at the time lot of traffic jams into the cruise port. But anyhow, it was my mistaken pick up time delay. i hope that apologize with you and refund for late start trip. Maybe, This mistake consider of next customer's best trip.
