Dmitry was a great source of information, but appeared to find it difficult to actually talk with us to pass the information on. He possibly would have been more at ease with a larger group - which was requested on his TbL entry, We got off to a bad start having to walk to the gate of the port in heavy rain, and then wait until he turned up. Later I found an email with his suggested time, which differed to the time given by TbL - which I was carrying. However we did learn a lot.

TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: Dear Douglas, it was a pleasure meeting you. I have done all in my power to show you the city on its best side. I am sorry, that you had to walk all the way to and from the gate, but this is the rule of the Port of Talliinn. As for the meeting time, I had to correct it according to the ship arrival time which was changed last days prior to the arrival. I am thankful for your feedback. It will help me to improve the tours for the future travellers.
