He seemed preoccupied and not very interested in what we wanted to see. He was on his phone a number of times and was late for the tour. He was trying to meet us at 2 P.M. but never let us know he could't get there until past 2:30. It just wasn't what we were looking for. He was very knowlegeable and easy to understand.
TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: Hey Paul, my sincerest apologies. Our tour booking was for 2.30. I messaged you a week before the tour confirming that time. I had a 5 hr tour beforehand, so perhaps that diminished my energy a bit for our tour. I can't recall being on the phone but it must have been an urgent business call as I have a policy of ignoring my phone whilst touring. I'm very sorry that the tour wasn't up to normal standard.
