Kia Orana & Welcome to the Cook Island's. My name is Mereani, but everyone calls me, Ani. I was born in Manihiki, (from the Northern Group of the Cook Island's) but was raised in Auckland, New Zealand. After 35 years, I decided to live in Rarotonga permanently and now reside in the village of Upper Tupapa, Rarotonga. The Cook Island's is certainly a wonderful place to visit and we hope you will visit us one day.
The Cook Islands is becoming one of the most popular tropical island destination to visit. Even better, the Cook Island's was bestowed with the Global Traveller Magazine's "Best Island in the Pacific Rim 2016" award. Cook Islands beat Bali, Bora Bora, Tahiti, Okinawa, Phuket, The Big Island (Hawaii), Hong Kong, Maui (Hawaii) and Japan to win this award.
I possess excellent communication skills, have a good memory for facts, figures and events. I also have a great interest in the arts, Cook Island Arts & Crafts Culture, History and other related subjects such as Health & Well-being.
Rarotonga has a very diverse collection of local producers and artisans as well as the top quality products. I have a strong number of business networks and great connections with people here on the island. I also look forward to guiding you around the villages of Rarotonga to help you further your understanding of Cook Island Culture, & History.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon and hopefully, meet you in one of the world's best holiday destinations, the Cook Islands.
