Meet the locals and taste great products! All with a Private Guide
Follow your private guide off the beaten paths and visit where the locals live! You will see the difference between Old Quebec, a trendy area and a more bohemian area.
Then make your way on the Beaupre Coast, featuring 350 years of architecture! Drive through the lovely country side on Canada's oldest road, Avenue Royale! Visit a unique root cellar, taste home bread with maple butter in a house built in 1652. A stop will be made at the world-famous Ste-Anne-de-Beaupre Basilica shrine (if you wish), which you will find monumental and very impressive and you can also stop and visit some local artists.
The next stop will take place at the Montmorency Falls, 1. 5 times higher than Niagara Falls, where you'll enjoy a panoramic view on the St. Lawrence River.
Our day is flexible and is meant to accommodate your schedule and interests. Along the way we shall see:
The old and the new part of Quebec City. I will take you where the locals go and you will meet them too if you want!
Some sightseeing on the marvelous Beaupre Coast including one optional stop for lunch along the way. Stops and site visits will also be made at the Ste-Anne-de-Beaupre Basilica shrine and a few local artists and local producers and taste their products.
A stop will also be made at waterfalls Montmorency to enjoy a breathtaking view on the city, river and island.
