Carol Thomas was an excellent guide to Quebec City. He picked up our party of six from the cruise terminal, and spent 4 hours taking us to several areas in Quebec City, the cathedral of saint Anne de Beaupre, the Montmorency falls and the island of Orleans. He was very engaging in relating the history and culture of the area. Kudos.
