In this 6 to 8 hours tour (adjustable), we will visit the most important sites in Recife and Olinda. A quick stop at Boa Viagem beach for starts and then many interesting places to go. Cachaçaria Carvalheira for a taste of our local brandy and then an immersion on the local culture and flavors.
01st stop - Boa Viagem Beach (south area of Recife).
2nd stop - Cachaçaria Carvalheira (Cachaça is the local brandy).
3rd stop - Recife Antigo. Arrival at Marco Zero Square. Visit the Giant Puppets Embassy and Sinagogue Kahal Zur Israel (optionals). Also Arsenal Square, and the Pernambuco Embassy for a Frevo presentation (local dance and music) (optional)
5th stop - Republica Square (panoramic)
6th - Casa da Cultura (House of Culture) an old prison builded in 1855 which was roformed and reopened as a touristic mall.
7th - Stop for lunch (many options to choose)
1st stop - Olinda's shore (panoramic) and Carmo Patium.
2nd stop - Alto da Sé - Sé Cathedral, Art Shops, paroramic elevator, Sacred Art Museum of Pernambuco (optionals)
3rd stop - St. Benedict Monastery.

Meeting location: Your hotel or any address you choose in Recife, Olinda and Jaboatão. Airport, Bus Station and Port of Recife also.
End location: At the place of picking up or anywhere closeby
Duration: 8 hours
Private car with air conditioned and driver, For bigger groups I can arrange bigger transportation with an additional cost.
Estimated Local Cash Needed
120 Real - Usually there is no fee to enter churches and public places. But in some museums and cultural private places there is a fee - nothing very expensive (6 to 12 Reais). Lunch price depends on the restaurant and the dish (50 to 100 Reais for each person).

It was a great way to get to know Recife in a day. Silvia picked me at the airport and toured me everywhere possible, and at the end of the day she drove me back to the airport. Recife is full of history and Silvia was a great guide!
