Let's go hunting for the aurora in Iceland
Let's go hunting for the northern lights where we drive to a nice place to watch the winter sky and enjoy the lights when and if they appear on the sky. The guide will bring hot drink to warm you up while waiting for the lights on the sky.
Please observe that this is a hunting tour. Mother Nature is in control, there is no guarantee of seeing the lights. The guide does not operate the tour unless she believes there is a good chance of seeing the lights. It might be wise to book the tour your first night in Iceland, the tour is postponed if conditions are unfavorable but if you are coming from the US that day is a very long day for you.
Please dress warm. If you like I can bring my camera to take photos of you beneath the northern lights and send to you as souvenir.
I create a customized tour for you in case you have any special requests, e. g. joining a spa to watch the lights, or if you are more than 4 persons, or need a larger vehicle for up to 70 persons.
Pick-up at 8pm. We drive out of town to a place where we wait for the northern lights to appear on the sky. The drive out of town can take up to one hour. We will be watching the sky but if they don't appear on the sky we will start approaching town again at around 11pm. If the lights appear on the sky on the way back the guide will try to stop the car so we can enjoy the show. Please check the forecast: http://www. gi. alaska. edu/AuroraForecast/Europe

I have rated Helga for the other tour she provided, and say the same here--she did a great job and we enjoyed ourselves completely. Highly recommended.
