For people that want an understanding of Third Reich History in the area and want to confine this to one succinct day
You will be met at your hotel reception. We use the excellent public transport to get to and from Dachau and in the afternoon we will walk and take in the sights in Munich at your own pace.
The morning consists of a detailed tour of the Dachau Concentration Camp memorial site. I have been an official guide at the memorial site for 12 years now. During the years I have many survivors, their family members and many of the camp liberators. I always aim to relate their stories to visitors
We will have lunch at Dachau
The afternoon consists of a Third Reich walking tour of Munich. You will see the major sizes connected with the Third Reich and the rise of the Nazi party. Having researched this history in depth, I always try to give interesting little facts that I have come across from people on the ground here over the years.
At the end of the day I will return you to your Hotel reception.
Dachau Memorial and Third Reich sites in the streets of Munich.
