I never thought that later in life I would dedicate my time to show people all these cool places.
I studied tourism and worked in the hotel industry for over 8 years. Somehow I ended up working in an office in the middle of paradise and I was not happy with that situation. Decided to go back to school to get an archeological license given by the national institute of history and anthropology of Mexico (INAH) and when I felt I was ready to quit I did it and decided to become a full time cultural representative
The peninsula of Yucatan is a great destination, if you want beautiful beaches, we have the whole Mayan riviera, if you want cultural places, we have Mayan Cities scattered all over, if you don't enjoy the salt water form the ocean, we have thousands of amazing fresh water cenotes to visit.
I have been organizing tours for the past two years, working with different companies and taking people to different places of the Yucatan Peninsula.
I will be happy to adjust to your request in case you want a customized tour.
You don't want to miss these places if you are visiting.
A Recent Review of this guide
Roger is knowledgeable, fun and entertaining! We had such a fabulous day with him. His guidance and information was irreplaceable. We visited the Coba Ruins, he brought the ancient site to life. Then we had a tasty lunch followed by a swim in a stunning cave cenote. The last stop of the day was to Roger's friends house, a local Mayan, who graciously showed us how him and his family live with Mayan traditions. Roger translated everything for us, it was a very special experience. Thank you!
- I originally studied business management focus on tourism and I have always been fascinated by Mayan Culture.
