Half day private guided tour

Let's meet in front of musée d'Orsay, old train station transformed into a museum in 1986 to house a large collection from the 19th century, from the Pre-impressionists to Van Gogh and Gauguin. You will come across Manet, Monet, Renoir but also some Pissarro or Degas. Highlights of the museum. Immerse yourself in the bucolic French countryside painted by many artists.
Short break in the Tuileries gardens for a snack or a cup of coffee.

Let's walk then to the Orangerie museum, still located in the Tuileries. Your guide will start the tour from the large scaled waterlilies painted by Claude Monet. 2 peaceful rooms where you will be struck by the beauty of those panels. Then, your guide will lead to you to some other famous canvases, part of the Orangerie collection : Renoir, Cézanne, Gauguin, Picasso or Matisse.

A Recent Review of this tour

Marie was flexible to our arrival time. She had to change part of the tour due to closings. What we has was a fantastic overview of the Orsay museum and a walk around Montmarte. We found her to be friendly and knowledgeable. We hope to use her again.
