Foodie heaven in a centuries old neighbourhood
London's quirky food history and international culture is perfectly captured in this tasting tour around the Soho area. We'll taste traditional British fish 'n' chips (started by London's Portuguese community!), savoury pies and 'Carnaby street pancakes'.
We'll also sample freshly made pasta in Little Italy, French desserts and wine in the old French quarter, and Chinese delicacies in London's Chinatown. We'll also do a bit of walking and talking between these samples, and I'll show you many hidden foodie gems and where you can buy delicious chocolates and coffee beans to take home. Of course, we'll also learn about and try some traditional British ales.
Perhaps it goes without saying. . . avoid having breakfast before coming on the tour!
