Famous sites to gorgeous views of the coast, this tour is positively New England!
This tour is great for all types of visitors to Boston. If you are visiting Boston by cruise and are looking for a tour once you reach port, this is the perfect day trip. This tends to be one of my most popular tours, as everyone enjoys seeing this memorable stretch of Massachusetts coastline. Explorer John Smith referred to this area as "the paradise of the region. "
We can begin in the city for some sight-seeing of iconic buildings and monuments. We then head south to view incredible waterfront properties, splendid beaches, and picturesque lighthouses that seem as if they were pulled straight out of a novel or movie. Plymouth is a particularly popular destination, home of Plymouth Rock and the Mayflower, but we will also explore other great places that you will not find on other tours. Many of the quaint towns to see are approaching their 400th anniversary of habitation. . . incredible!

My friend and I spent three days with "Smitty" touring Lexington, Concord, Watertown and Groton. I was in search of history concerning the Puritan patriarch of my family. So, I had some very specific places, and addresses I wanted to visit. Smitty was tireless in searching out these specific locations. Very accommodating. He dressed in a colonial outfit, complete with tricorner hat, breeches, and buckles on his shoes. Our very own 17th century Puritan. We had a lot of fun.
