explanation

A walk through old Douglas

Douglas was centred around the quay for a number of years before tourism came to the Isle of Man, and there was rapid growth and change during this period. Take a walk from the North Quay down to the promenade and learn about the growth and development of Victorian Douglas. Finishing at the Harris Promenade, with a nice English tea at the Tea Junction afterward.
