Discover our little island's Highlights...
Historic downtown Charlottetown is the start of our time together. As we make our way to the PEI Preserve Company in New Glasgow, we will see the well-kept homes and scenic rolling farmlands of my Island home. We'll stop at the fishing village of North Rustico on the wharf and at the lighthouse before entering the famous PEI National Park. There, you will look out over Cavendish Beach with the contrast of red cliffs and white sand by the green shore fields. Next, you can tour the house that inspired the fictional setting for "Anne of Green Gables" L. M. Montgomery's world famous 1908 novel.
Spanning 12. 9 kilometers, the Confederation Bridge, the world's largest bridge over ice-covered waters. After photos, shop at Gateway Village. Lunch is in quaint and quaintly named Victoria-by-the-Sea.
