We had such a wonderful time with Cinzia! She literally met us outside our air bnb and she wasted no time getting the tour started. We had a car but Cinzia was willing to get a driver for us if need be. During the drive out to Casa Artusi, Cinzia explained a lot about the Emilia-Romagna area. Chef Carla was fanatic and the lunch even better! We are ready to start trying the recipes from "The Art of Eating Well" and drinking wine from Fattoria Paradiso
