We are very happy with Hiroko as our guide. She prepared well for our visit; she noted what we had asked for and provided that and much more. Our trip was interrupted by the huge earthquake we experienced, so could not use the Shinkansen as we had planned, but she quickly mapped out a walking tour of Osaka that took us to places we had not known about. She also pointed out many interesting and various restaurants for us to try. I highly recommend using her for any visit to Osaka and Kyoto.
