Full day excursion from Rome to the Etruscan heartland with Opera
You will be picked up in Rome by private bus.
This day proposes an interesting combination of culture and relax. In the morning you will be visiting some fascinating highlights of Etruscan culture. The mysterious Etruscans were at the beginning of Italy's three thousand years of history. Visit to Tarquinia's UNESCO World Heritage site of the painted tombs and the exquisite National Museum is a unique experience.
A short walk in the lovely hilltop town of Tuscania prepares us for lunch in a typical Italian restaurant. High level entertainment is ensured when you will enjoy after lunch in the local opera house highlights of the famous opera by Giuseppe Verdi "La Traviata" in full costumes with choir, orchestra and soloists.
After the opera you will be transferred back to Rome.
