I've been in Mexico City a few times but it was my parents' first trip so I thought a tour of the historical center would be a nice way to kick off their vacation...and thanks to Monica I wasn't disappointed. She walked us through an informative overview of Mexican history as depicted by the Diego Rivera mural in the Palace and then showed us how the city's architecture tells a story about Mexico's history. She showed us local secrets and taught us to appreciate each part of the city. This tour is a must!
